For the next two weeks, attempt to maintain your highest number of Swings that you achieved in that 15 minute window each workout, but slowly reduce the time it takes you to finish the workout.
For example, let’s say you achieved 300 Swings in 15 minutes. For the next 2 weeks, you are going to perform 300 Swings in each work out, but you will cut the amount of time it takes you to perform those 300. So 14:50, 14:45, etc.
After you’ve finished 4 weeks you can repeat this kettlebell routine with One Hand Swings.
In fact, this is a template you can use for any kettlebell exercise you wish.
